These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Reachase, including our website, dashboard, APIs, embeds, and related services. By creating an account or using Reachase, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Reachase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may use Reachase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help others do so.

• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications through Reachase forms or integrations.
• Collect sensitive data without appropriate consent, notice, or legal basis.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
• Use Reachase in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights of others.

You retain ownership of data you submit to Reachase and data collected through your projects, including form submissions and bookings. You grant Reachase a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for your privacy notices, consent flows, and compliance obligations related to data you collect through Reachase.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees for subsequent billing periods.

We strive to keep Reachase reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions except to the extent required by applicable law.

You may stop using Reachase at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal and backup requirements.

Reachase is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the dashboard or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
